I've read the graphic novel before watching the movie. Seriously, it's? the best novel-to-movie adaptation I have ever seen. And no, it's not medium. It's very, VERY good.

if you get? the chance, check it out at the library or buy it online. the movie is of the greatest book-to-movie-adaptations ever but the movie medium is unable to capture the full greatness and complete story the novel contains.

Whenever he punched someone, it reminds me of Jackie Earle Haley in Breaking? Away as a kid.

I think that some people didn't like the movie because it was hard to connect with the characters (I'm not saying that the characters were bad). The movie wasn't intended to be like that. The movie was presenting several philosophical and moral conflicts and the viewer had to decide which one they believed in. The movie wasn't as much about the characters as it was about differing moralities and such. I personally loved the movie (and? Rorschach; Christ, he is awesome).

i love this movie?

There are some real flaws in "Watchmen". Malin Akerman is bad and Matthew Goode could be better and there are few cheesy scenes (The kiss between Nightowl and Silk Spectre in the midst of the nuclear blast...the prison scenes with Rorshach and? the leader of the prisoners are not played very well), but overall I think it is quite good. The rest of the actors, especially Jackie Earl Haley and Billy Crudup are great as is the dialogue and, of course, the storyline.

I like how they blurred? out Dr Manhattan's penis

I love this movie too, it is on my top 20 favorite films of all time, and IMO the second best supergero film every made, after a tie between Batman Begins and The Dark Knight. To me it was the best film of? 2009, better than that overrated film, Avatar.

Why do they hate this film, I really loved it, one of the? best movies I've ever seen, so what's their argument?

It may be just a? matter of opinion, but I consider this film to be substantially better then The Dark Knight.
