Hey everyone, thanks for tuning back into clevver movies, your number one source for movie news! Im your host Tatiana carrier with the latest on what director Christopher Nolan is saying about BANE! . The filmmaker spoke to hero complex recently and we have the details! . When talking about the dark knight rises wrapping, Nolan confessed to getting a little misty eyed....he said, "I tend not to be too emotional on the set, I find that doesn't help me do my job But you definitely get a little lump in your throat thinking that, 'OK, this is going to be the last time we're going to be doing this.' It's been quite a journey. Hopefully, reflecting that journey ? by all of us who made the films ? in the three films together will make it so they have a real span to them, some real heft." . Now on to the good stuff...when talking about bane played by tom hardy,heres what Nolan had to say "With Bane, the physicality is the thing....With a good villain you need an archetype, you know, you need the extreme of some type of villainy. The Joker is obviously a particular archetype of diabolical, chaotic anarchy and has a devilish sense of humor. Bane, to me, is something we haven't dealt with in the films. We wanted to do something very different in this film. He's a primarily physical villain, he's a classic movie monster in a way ? but with a terrific brain. I think he's a fascinating character. I think people are going to get a kick out of what we've done with him." . Well we cant wait to see bane in action when the dark knight rises hits the big screen next year!
