The irony of this trailer is that the song playing is from D.O.A., a Canadian band, while the film itself is narrowly focused on the U.S. They talk a bit about the Vancouver scene but nothing on other cities. Typical American BS, think there is nothing outside the 50 states... APART? FROM THAT, great documentary!

It's called American Hardcore? for a reason.

That is why it is named "American Hardcore"? and not "American Punk Rock". The initial wave of Punk was far shorter than what the Hardcore scene fostered.

Movie WAS LAME!!! They said American Punk Rock yet they failed? to mention Television, Patti Smith, etc....all it's about is the fucking short lived Hardcore scene which in itself only produced a few good musicians. Don't waste your time on it.
